Ingredients:
Potatoes : small size 1/2 kg
Dal chini : 1 sticks
Long : 3 aadad
Bari ellaichi : 1 aadad
Kashmiri lal mirch powder : 3 tsp
Kushk ginger powder : 3 tsp
Sounf powder : 3tsp
Haldi powder : 1/4 tsp
Heng : 1/4 tsp
Zeera : 1 tsp
Dahi : 3/4 cup
Water : 1 cup
Sarso ka oil : 4 tbsp
Hara dhaniya : hasbe zarorat
Salt : As per Taste
METHOD:

Kherre Ki Chatni Recipes in Urdu/Hindi
Ingredients:
Kheera : 1 large size
Zeera : 1 tsp
Zetoon oil : 2 tbsp
Garlic : 3 javee
Mint leaves : 6 aadad
Lemon juice : 1 tsp

Bread Ka Halwa-Sweet Dishes Recipes

Bread : 10 to 12 slices
Milk : 6 cups

Method:
- Sab se pehle bread k chote chote tukre kar lain .
- Ab frying pan mai ghee dal kar is mai bread k piece fry kar lain .
- Jab wo golden ho jay to is mai milk sugar bhi shamil kar dain .
- Ab in sab chezo ko achi tarha mix karlain .
- Dhimi anch per mustakil chammach chala kar bread ko mesh karte rahe .
- Phir thori der bad jab halwa ghara hojay to ghee mai fry hohe hoe kajoo or ellaichi powder ko dal dain.

METHOD:
