Arabian Chicken-Cooking Recipes in Urdu/Hindi/Roman



Ingredients:

Chicken :  ( skin k sath ) 1 kg k do piece karwa lain
Onion :1  bare size ki is ko chop kar lain
Tomatoes : 1 large size
Hari mirch : 5 aadad
Ginger garlic : paste 1 tbsp
Tezpatta : 3 aadad
Oil : 1/4 cup
Koyla : 1 aadad
Hari ellaichi : 5 aadad
Long : 5 aadad
Dalchini : 2 sticks
Kali mirch : 1 tsp
zeytoon ka oil : 1/2 cup

Arabian mandi Power:

Arabian mandi powder bana ne k liye:
Hari ellaichi : 2 tbsp
Long : 2 tbsp
Kali mirch : 2 tsp
Jaifal : 1 aadad
Tezpatta: 4 aada
Soki Ginger : 1tbsp

In tamam chizo ko blender mai dal kar blend kar  k powder bana lain.
Ab is powder mai se 2 tbsp arabian mandi powder nikal lain.
Pigla howa butter : 2tbsp
Salt : to taste
Rice : 2 cup
Water : 8 cup

Method:

  1. Tomatoes or hari mircho ko blender mai dal kar paste bana lain.
  2. Aik cup mai butter arabian powder  two tbsp dal kar thora sa salt dal dain.
  3. Rice ko 20 mints k liye pani mai bhigo dain.
  4. Degchi mai oil dal kar u s mai piyaz dal dain
  5. Jb piyaz light brown hone lage to ginger garlic paste dal dain. thori der fry karne k bad is mai dalchini tezpat long ellaichi  kali mirch shamil kar dain.
  6. Sath mai tomato or hari mircho ka paste b shamil kar dain.
  7. Masala achi tarha bhone .jab masala oil se alag hone lage to is mai chicken dal dain.
  8. Eight cup water dalain or do tbsp arabian mendi powder or shamil kar dain.
  9. Cap laga kar 15 mint tak pakain.
  10. Oven ko 180 degree per pre heat kar lain.
  11. Chicken ko nikal kar baking tray mai rakh dain.
  12. Cup mai jo arabian mandi or butter ka jo paste tyar kiya tha is ko brush ki madad se chiken per laga dain.
  13. 20 se 25 mint tak chicken ko bake hone dain
  14. Dosri taraf bare frying pan mai zeton ka oil dal dain or ab is mai rice dal kar 10 se 15 mint tak fry karain.
  15. Pehle se ready chicken stoke ko garam kar lain.
  16. Jab stoke boiled hone lage to is mai rice dal dain.
  17. dhakkan laga kar 10 mint tak pakain.
  18. Pani ghusk hone tak pakain.
  19. Jab rice gal jay aik chote cup mai 3 tbsp oil dal kar use rice k beach mai rakh dain.
  20. Koyle k piece ko garam karlain. or phir use cup mai dal dain or foran aluminium se cover kar dain.
