Mango/Aam Pappar Cooking Recipes


MANGO SLICES/AAM KE PAPAR/AAM KA MURABBA



Ingredients: 

Aam/Kerry ka Gooda: 3 cups
Sugar: 1/2 cup
Oil: 1/2 tsp
Green Elaichi Powder:1/2 tsp

Method:
Sab se pehle aam ya kerry ko small cubes mai kat lain.
Ab in ko blender mai dal kar blend kar laintake is ki piyuri/gooda ban jay .
Ab is piyuri ko degchi mai dal dain or sath mai sugar or ellaichi powder bhi shamil kar dain or jab ye boiled hone lage to musalsal spone chalate rahe 5 se 8 mint chalane k bad is piyuri ka mixture ghara hone lage ga or Jab mixture ghara hojay or is ka colour change hone lage to
farm band kar dain .
Aik tray ko oil laga kar chikna kar lain is k bad ready mixture tray mai dal dain
take k is ki sata humwar hojay.
 Ab is tray ko dhop mai rakh dain mustakil 3 se 4 hours rakhne ki waja se mixture sokh jay ga.
jb ye mixture achi tarha sokh jay ho knife ki madad se slice ki tarha kat lain.
Or ager dhop kam ati hai to mixture ki teh patli kar lain.
Slice kar k jar mai rakhain to janab humara khata meetha aam slice ready hai  ENJOY.........
